All players must pay their registration fee, subscriptions and any fines that are incurred as described in the club rules. Failure to do so will result in action being taken against the player as outlined in the club rules (Disciplinary procedure). All monies paid to the club are non-refundable.
Respect Towards Opponents – Players should treat opponents with due respect at all times, irrespective of the result of the match. Players should safeguard the physical fitness of opponents, avoid violence and rough play and help injured opponents.
Respect Towards Match Officials – Players should accept the decision of the match official without protest and avoid words or actions which may mislead a match official and show due respect towards match officials.
Respect Towards Team Officials – Players should abide by the instructions of their coach and team officials, provided they do not contradict the spirit of this code. Players should also show due respect towards the team officials of the opposition.
Failure to adhere to the above will result in the player being disciplined and possible dismissal from the club.
The club requires all players at the club to notify the manager(s) of any training session or match that they will be unable to attend as soon as possible. Phone numbers of all club officials will be issued to all players. It is the player's responsibility to telephone the team manager(s) to confirm if a match is taking place or not
Players will be issued with playing kit before the start of matches and it is the player's responsibility to ensure that this is looked after and returned to the kit bag at the end of each match. Please note that players will be held responsible for any damage to the playing kit worn during a match day and charged the full cost of a replacement kit. Club officials will be responsible for washing the playing kit.
