Forest United were formed in 1999 by current Club Chairman, Thomas isidore, with the help of Steve Aroogum and Mark Liburd to provide football for those who were playing for clubs who did not encourage them to display there abilities for one reason or another.

We currently have two teams playing in the Ilford & District Football League in Divisions 1 and 3 respectively. In 2005, we achieved the highly sought after Adult Charter Standard status from Essex County FA.
