Forest United FC's Summer/Pre-season training sessions will be held at Wanstead Flats, Capel Road, Forest Gate, E7. Training will be held twice a week on Wednesday evenings (7pm - 9pm) & Saturday afternoons (3pm - 5pm), assuming the teams are not taking part in tournaments or friendly matches. Please make every effort to arrive on time at the training sessions you attend.
All new & existing club members are expected to attend. Failure to attend training sessions will lead to exclusion from pre-season friendly matches to be arranged in August & September.

Essex FA Charter Standard Adult Club Tournament - 09/08/08

Forest United FC once again reached the final of The Essex FA's Charter Standard Adult Club 11-a-side Tournament, which took place on Saturday 9th August 2008.
Forest United 'A' faced Beacon Hill Rovers in the the tournament final & lost the match 2-0. So for the second time over four years (Runners-up in the final held in 2005), Forest United have taken the runners-up spot at this very enjoyable pre-season tournament. Congratulations to the winners & a big thank you to all those involved at the Essex County FA who helped to put on another great event.

Forest United FC's FA charter standard club award has been renewal for another three years.
The club's Adult status charter standard club award is now valid for another three years as of January 4th 2008.
Well done to all of those at the club invovled in the renewal process, as Forest United FC, continues to provide a standard & quality of provision for all of the club's members.

Forest United have two teams in the Ilford & District football League. Forest United play in the premier division and Forest United Reserves play in division 2. Our home ground is located at Wanstead Flats, Aldersbrook Road, E12.

During the season, the club trains at Forest Gate Community School, Forest Street, Forest Gate, E.7 from 8:00pm till 10:00pm, Every Wednesday. There will be no training when Forest Gate Community School is closed for the holidays (Half-term, Easter, Christmas, etc).
